Friday Feature: The American Dream

February 22, 2013

This week’s Friday Features are what I like to think of as “American Dream Homes”, homes where you can picture the perfect family, you know, with 2.3 loving and obedient children and a loyal Golden Retriever. Luckily, even if you are slightly imperfect (perish the thought!!), these homes would be great places to raise a real family–the kind with children who melt down because you opened their string cheese the wrong way, and the terrier mutt who is constantly passing gas.

As always, these dream homes are listed with Century 21 Excellence and are brand new on the market, so get in on them now!

First up, we have this beautiful ranch in Pataskala.  Three really is the magic number with this home–3 bedrooms, 3 baths, and on 3 acres.  I love that front porch, but seriously, that sunroom! You would find me there pretty much all the time.  This home is listed with Michele Minotti–contact her here for more information.

Okay, I know you don’t buy a house for its decorating, but this is just so well done.  So clean and uncluttered, and a lovely home, to boot.  This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath Westerville home is a stunner.  I really don’t think it will last long on the market, so contact the C.O.R.E. team at Century 21 Excellence soon, if you’d like more information.

I’m not usually a condo person, but I really like the stately look of this house.  It reminds me of this song from Oliver! the musical–

Goodness, that is longer than I remembered.  But you get the idea.  This is also a C.O.R.E. listing, so contact them here for more information.

Have a great weekend!
