DIY Gifts for Dad
Let’s talk about DIY Mother’s/Father’s Day gifts for a second. They are usually terrible. I mean, what do you do with a handprint heart, or a clay pinch pot? These things are cute, but a pile of them that grows year after year is definitely not. But pile up, they must, because parents feel guilty throwing that stuff away. Don’t make your parent feel guilty on their special day.
This doesn’t mean that DIY gifts are completely forbidden, though! Here are a few ideas that dads will actually like and, most importantly, use.

Whip up a batch of homemade barbecue sauce with ingredients you probably already have in your pantry and fridge! Put it in a mason jar, tie it with a ribbon, and fire up the grill. From Simply Scratch
