Friday Feature: Logs, Stones, and Bricks

June 14, 2013

Today’s Friday Features are some sturdy houses. We’ve had some pretty severe storms in the Midwest this spring, but I’d be surprised if the folks in these homes even realized that the sun wasn’t out.

As always, each of these homes was listed this week with Century 21 Excellence Realty, based in Reynoldsburg, Ohio and serving all of Central Ohio’s real estate needs.  Contact them here, or call at (614)863-0180 if you’re interested in one of these properties.

First up, we have three log cabins in Hocking Hills.  Let your inner Laura Ingalls flag fly! They are all gorgeous, and at $379,000 for all three properties, plus over 5 acres of beautiful wooded land, you can’t go wrong.  Live in one and rent the other two, and you’ll more than cover your mortgage payment.  Contact the Julie Kuenzli-White for more information.

The exterior of this stone home in Westerville has such a cool texture, and I love that roofline.  There’s a super cute brick patio out back, as well.  It’s listed at $130,000.  Call Kelly MacDonald for more information.

This 3 bedroom brick home in Columbus is awfully charming.  It features a finished basement and a lovely, large backyard with a cute covered patio.  It’s listed at just $80,000.  Contact Karen Reynolds for more information.
