Friday Feature: Lush Lots

July 26, 2013

I live in a neighborhood full of 50-100 year old homes, which is great for a lot of reasons. I especially love the established plants and giant trees that come along with an older neighborhood.  From the lush peony bushes to the towering gingko trees lining one of the streets.

Today’s Friday Feature properties all feature green, lush yards, full of mature trees and beautiful plants. As always, these homes were just listed within the past week with Century 21 Excellence Realty in Reynoldsburg, Ohio.  If you’re interested in seeing any of these properties, contact them here and check it out!

I love the low-slung look of this 3 bedroom Columbus home.  And those exposed beams are so cool! You know what else is pretty great? You get all this natural beauty, with the trees and plants and everything, but you aren’t responsible for acres and acres of land.  You have a spacious, lovely yard of just under a quarter of an acre is all you have to mow! It’s listed at just $89,900 with Ric Smith. You can contact him here for more information.

This property in Lancaster is a real live ranch.  Besides the lovely 3 bedroom, 2,048 sq. ft. main house, there are two outbuildings–a workshop and a pole barn ready for horses or livestock–and over 5 acres of beautiful land with a ridiculous view.  So pretty! This property is listed with Julie Kuenzli-White for $189,900. You can contact her here for more information.

This Etna home needs a little work, but with 3 bedrooms, over 1,700 square feet and 1.3 acres of land, you’re getting a lot for the price.  I love those French doors, and that large deck with those big trees. The home is listed at $123,000 with Kelly MacDonald.  You can contact her here for more information.
