Friday Features

January 31, 2014

This week’s Friday Features are three excellent deals, all right in Central Ohio and close to everything. From a big 1920s home to a retro ’70s 4-level-split, there’s something for everyone!

As always, each of our Friday Features were listed in the past week with Century 21 Excellence Realty, located in Reynoldsburg, Ohio. If you’re interested in any of these homes, or if you’re thinking of buying or selling a home in Central Ohio, contact Century 21 Excellence Realty for more information!

First up is this big, brick two story, with 5 bedrooms (!) and 1.5 baths. This house has been rehabbed and renovated from top to bottom, although you wouldn’t know it from the price. At just $89,900, this one is not going to last. I love all that chunky molding everywhere, and those attic rooms have such cool angles. Interested? Contact Tracey Hartson’s team for more information.

This 1970s four level split in Reynoldsburg is bursting with retro details. I love it! And it’s so bright and airy, a rarity with homes from that era. And how much do I love those checkerboard tiles in the bathroom? So much. It’s listed at $133,900 with Ric Smith’s team. Contact them for more information.

This lovely three bedroom, 2.5 bath ranch in Pickerington features open living areas and a seriously cool finished basement with a wet bar. What a great place to entertain! The whole thing has been freshly painted and clean, so it’s just a matter of putting your stuff in there! It’s listed at $169,900 with Shane Mauger. Contact him for more information.
