If you’re thinking about purchasing your first home, or if you haven’t owned a home for a few years, this spring might be your chance to get a great deal on a new house! Mortgage giant Fannie Mae is offering to cover your closing costs if you complete their home buyers’ counseling course first. You can receive up to 3% of the value of your home toward your closing costs, plus a reimbursement for the $75 course, potentially saving you thousands of dollars on your house!

Only certain properties are eligible, so make sure you read all the fine print, but this could be a game-changer for first time buyers looking to get into a house this summer! Check it out here at homepath.com
